CONDITIONNEMENT3

Composition :
A blend of
40% Pinot Noir and 60% Pinot Meunier
Ageing :
3 years, including a year in oak barrel

Color :
When serving this Champagne you will notice a large amount of foam; the clarity of the color gives an impression of youth and enthusiasm.
The hue is pale yellow with a glint of luminous, glistening gold. The effervescence is persistent and the bubbles are so fine that you can hardly see them, until they combine to create foam.

Nose :
It is fresh, understated and displays a predominance of white flowers, lime fruits (green apple, grapefruit) combined with peppered scents.

Palate :
It is lively and refreshing.
Deliciously fruity and complimented by a slight citric flavor, the grapefruit flavor lingers delicately, which seems quite natural from profile of wine.
